1. What are your top 5 favourite foods? I love food so this is probably going to be quite difficult to narrow down to be quite honest.
Pizza is definitely my top, you can't go far wrong with a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza.
A chicken stir-fry is one of my most cooked meals, followed by spaghetti bolognese. Pasta is a weakness of mine. Speaking of weaknesses we have chocolate and cupcakes.
I think that gives us five: pizza, stir fry, spaghetti bolognese, chocolate and cupcakes
2. Is there something similar between them? I don't think so actually, no. They're all pretty different
3. Can you cook them yourself? I've never tried to cook a pizza, but probably could.
Stir-fry and spaghetti (most pasta) dishes I make at least weekly. I've never made my own pasta but I really want to try doing so. I'm going to be asking santa for a pasta maker for Christmas. Cupcakes are really easy to make but I don't do it due to living alone and I'd end up eating far too many of them!
4. Pick one, and tell us why it is so special. Oh that's tough. Probably stirfry. It's one of the first things I started cooking when I started on my weight loss journey, one of the first things I learned to cook myself as an adult. The flexibility appeals to me - any protein, any veg and any sauce and there's a meal. I have a similar approach to cooking pasta dishes as well.
5. Have you eaten your recommended servings of 2 fruit and 5 vegetables today? Not yet, but it's not even 1pm. I've had one serving of fruit with breakfast, I'll have a glass of juice with my lunch and usually two servings of vegetables with lunch - probably carrot and cucumber.
